Minutes of Group Meeting

As a group we had meetings to track our progress and what we had to do and what deadlines we had to make for individual tasks.

Monday 10th January 2011

Start of Meeting: 8:50am

Janki Parmar, Christopher Michael, Jack Fairback, Gemma Wenman

- We discussed how we are doing with the group blogs and what each individual has contributed onto it aswell as make all the preparations for the Filming day.

- We finalised our concept of the soap opera trailer

- Christopher decided he was going to produce the Shooting Script for the day of filming

- Jack decided he was going to produce the Risk Assessment

- Janki decided she was going to produce the Recce form

- Gemma decided she was going to draft the storyboard to help us use on the day of filming.

Location

The location for the day of filming was decided that it was going to be on Steeplestone close where Christopher lives.
